uncomfortable cinema

Firstly the service received by ur cashier is terrible. Cause I am a momentum card user I could not use the self service therefore assist by a lady cashier. She has no service skill...Please management don't force ur staff to work with attitude like that....Secondly cinema 9 row O seat 3 had no arm rest and was not indicate when purchasing the ticket. ..very upset. ...and u need to get cleaners to clean the outside. ..I want an explanation for that dam seat
