Unacceptable Service!!!!
On women's day I planned a relaxed movie time with my girls, yet Maponya Mall Ster Kinekor delivered a ****py service as usual. The queues are ridiculously long, with only one ticket sales teller open. And only one self service machine in operation. The staff took total disregard of the situation and could not handle the queues effectively.
