Unable to redeem points for free movie
I went to Ster-kinekor Cape Gate (closest cinema to me) to watch a movie on the 15th of November. I wanted to redeem club card points, but was informed by the personel at the ticket kiosk that I can only do it online. I then drove to Ster-kinekor Tygervalley were I was to redeem points for a free movie.
It was rather confusing that I could get the free movie at one cinema and not the other. I was also not pleased by the extra cost having to drive to another cinema.
