Unable to change movie times - No assistance

I booked and paid to watch Doctor Strange 2 at Gateway Hotel for the 6th of May 2022, However, the time of the time was incorrect. I contacted the support line and could not get in contact with anyone to assist and change the time of the movie booking from 12:00 to 20:00. I event sent an email with Reference Number: CAS-271953-Z7B9C5. I just want to change the movie time or possibly change the date as I am working.
