I always go to bay west cinema I mostly go to cinema prestige Ware the Service is great so a movie I wanted to see did play in a normal cinema so I booked my ticket and she. I wanted to by popcorn and a drink I waa so unhappy cz at the desk to pay for the popcorn and drink tr was no one cz I wanted to pay cash As my bank card I forgot at home I did have to bag for someone to help I did never get this bad service in my life b4 and form the day the cinema opened I always did go at this cinema BT now you have lost me as a cumsotmer this was unfair and well the movie was playing tr were ppl working in the roof and the movie was so soft it was hard to Year the movie I am very unhappy you lost.
