Two months waiting for my refund

I attempted to book tickets (plus 3d glasses) for Avengers:End Game online on 02/04. Both times I got an error saying "Transaction unsuccessful". On the morning of the 3rd I tried again and this time the transaction went through and I received my booking confirmation. When I checked my account, I discovered that the payment had been taken three times.

I called Customer Service and was told to email Ster Kinekor. I emailed them on 5/4/2019 and sent my card details and requested my refund of R516. Afterwards, I received an email back asking for my card details again and for a contact number which I also sent.

I have since made numerous calls to Ster Kinekor customer services and have been told on all of those occasions that my refund is being processed. At one point I even received an email to say that it had been processed but I have still not received the funds.

It has been almost two months. The poor customer service agents don't even know what to say anymore. I have made numerous posts on their Facebook page and no one replies. I am one of many still waiting for a refund.

Something has to be done about this. Countless customers cannot be ignored!
