Triple booked tickets

On the 21st of March, at 3pm my boyfriend and I excitedly made our way to the My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 premier tickets. Our tickets were triple booked! How the heck can you have service like this? And guess what... We aren't the only ones. Yes, they gave me a refund on my movie but I just wasted another R60 for pop corn as well as a good R40 for petrol and wasted my time. I constantly have issues with this branch and the manager seems non existent. This is not on. I would really like to speak to the manager or someone in a senior position because this is not on.
