Treatment at the ster kenekor

Hello Peter, my name is Dannyboy Diale. I have a complaint about Ster Kinekor,the one in Cradlestone. I have a problem with how the Manager Tebogo Mokwalase treats her staff, my girlfriend works there and is currently pregnant. I went to the Cinema on Thursday to see her and she wasn't there, I left my number and asked the Supervisors to ask her to call me as I needed to talk to her urgently. She called and said I can come on Friday around 12 and 1 which I did. The Cinema has night shifts which the shift ends at 11pm, so my girlfriend asked her that since she'll be at the third trimester this month can she only work the day shift and was told that Ster Kinekor doesn't have any maternity rules and that she only helps by only putting them on day shift on their last month at work which is their 8th month. So I only went to plead with her to put her on day shift cause she has flu and they sometimes struggle to get home as the Ubers they use are not always available and at times I used to go to Cinema to fetch her because they weren't available and their Manager was not answering their calls and they had to make a plan B. So I'm asking myself that how can a big company like Ster Kinekor not have any maternity benefits that even when she has to go for her Ante-natal treatment from the Clinic she has to use her off days, why don't they give them Ante-natal days off for going to the Clinic like how other companies do. How does a 7 months pregnant woman knock off everyday at 11pm while she has flu, how can a person with 2 children do that to another woman, it says a lot about the kind of person that she is and how she treats her staff members.She wasn't willing to listen to me,she said she will escalate the matter as she couldn't speak to me while my girlfriend was off duty. So when I asked her what time she's knocking off so I can arrange to go fetch my girlfriend so we can talk to her, she said I'm threatening her and that she also has a husband. I was shocked that why would she say I'm intimidating her while I'm there for the sake of my unborn child.She acted like I was trying to do something to her and called her other staff member to come.I recorded the whole conversation I wasn't threatening her at all.I got the shock of my life when I got a call from her Husband saying to me why am I threatening her Wife and that we shall meet at Cradlestone late at 7pm when she knocks off. I have never met such an unprofessional person, with no integrity. Over the weekend she was telling her staff that her "Mpintjies" friends from head office has her back,i made a complaint on Friday and was helped by a lady named Bontle and she said I'll get feedback by Monday which I called her again in the morning but she said she's waiting for feedback from her Regional Manager and would get back to me by end of business so I guess it's true when she said they'll never let her down hence I never got any feedback.
