Treated like a ******** when they are in posession of my money???

Carnival City Ster Kinekor is pathetic. We booked 11 tickets at the self help terminals together with 9 combo snacks for my son's birthday party and the card payment went through but the terminal showed an error and could not print the tickets nor the refreshments slips. I was treated like a ******** when enquired about the payment taken off my card and opened the payment confirmation email on my phone as proof that it had gone through. They refused to assist me and I would have had to pay again and book again before the kids could watch the movie. This is outright ridiculous as the 11 seats were high-lighted on their screen obviously showing as booked but they just refused to assist me. The manager, Maropeng was rude and useless in assisting. She agreed an hour later to have us watch the show seeing as the seats show booked but she could not add the refreshments as her stock count would not match. What *******! I got hold of customer care and I now have to prove that the payment has gone off my account in order to get my money back because I then refused to support this outrageous business service and I will not watch their movies. They ruined my son's birthday and his expectations as well as his friends. I feel like I have let them down and all thanks to Ster Kinekor Carnival City. It is ourageous and downright unacceptable. Now I am fighting to get my R1700 back...
