Totally non user friendly online booking system

I have been buying tickets online at Ster Kinekor for a few years. The online website gets worse every time I use it. It is not user friendly and it has got to the point that I am rather going to book with Nu metro. It is very difficult to book tickets and continually reverts to the home screen. I am computer literate so I have no idea how a person who is not computer literate would cope. I have raised this issue via the website various times all to no avail. I have today tried to get to someone to speak in this regard bit nobody is available and the switch board says she does not know how to put me through to an available relevant person.
