totally disgusted!

<p>When u pay the ticket money that is not cheap... U sort of expect quality... Well that was not the case tonight. We watched the new movie by Jason Stathan... First of all the aircon was so high that the people including myself were shivering from the cold... Second the sound was terrible... The back ground music is set so high that u can't hear what the people are saying in the movie.... When we tell the manager this... She says the following in the most disrespecting way... "well it is the customers responsibility to tell me if the aircon is too cold". HELLO!!! SINCE WHEN SHOULD A CUSTOMER HAVE TO LEAVE THE MOVIE THEY PAID TO WATCH TO LOOK FOR THE MANAGER AND DO SOMETHING!!!! </p>
