to little cashiers

We booked for a movie started 20h00. We fell in line to buy popcorn by 19h20. There was a lot of people that had to stand in one line since there was only 2 cashiers to take orders. After 15 minutes the manager ordered the people to form another 2 lines. Another cashier was send to assist. 3 cashiers and 4 lines. We stood in line for 45 minutes. we only got served at 20h05 and the one cashier walked very slowly in assisting everybody. I complained about the speed they helped everybody with, they laughed and just kept on going ap the same pace. We went into the kine at 20h15 and by that time our movie already started. This service is unacceptable especially during peak times. The manager were no where to be found to complain about this poor service. Inside the kine we experience quite hot temperatures since the air conditioning system were not working. Ster Kinekor's Three Rivers service delivery is of a very low standard compared to other Kinekor Theaters. I took a picture of all the people standing in the lines and the few cashiers working there. Be informed that Nu-Metro in Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark will be opening soon, We would rather support them in future.
