TICKETS OVERSOLD?

I would like to voice my frustration,disappointment and the disgusting service that I received in Witbank Ster-Kinekor last night (28 March). Me and my friend finally took some time to go and watch the SA movie that everyone is raving about (Happiness is a 4 letter word). We went there bought our tickets at 16:30 as the movie was starting at 17:30.When we went to check in, we were told that the toddlers were not allowed inside since this an adult movie, we then needed to make a plan for the baby.We call in a friend of ours, book tickets for her and the baby to go and watch the Kung fu panda movie. She came at 19:00, took the baby, went inside the cinema to watch their movie and we continued to our cine and upon arriving, we were told that we will not be allowed to go in because the cinema was full.How is it possible that tickets were oversold by the cashier on the till, doesn't the system count the number of tickets sold since they also correspond with the seat numbers? This were the questions that we asked but no one was able to provide answers for. And there wasn't anything that anyone can do except to refund us.We were so angry & disappointed, what a waste of time and petrol!!
