Tickets being sold for kids that are clearly underage

On the 9th July I went to watch the new Spiderman film which I think is a PG 10-12 at Northgate. However, there were a number of VERY young children in the cinema. One of them was about 3 and cried many times through the film.

I paid a lot of money to see this movie and the experience was spoilt by under age kids making too much noise. I know the cinema can lose their licence with this behaviour and I would like you to take this up with them and also send tickets for 2 adults and Kid as a credit.

I have sent about 5 emails and one call making Sterkinekor aware and they don't want to know
