tickets and service

<p>i love going to the movies with my wife and we go alot and this problem has been bothering me for a while now and i just have to say that for one the ster kinekor app and website are really poor if you lucky to get them on a day that works. the self service machines are an abseloute nightmare with miss prints or payment being accepted but no ticket being printed to name a few problems. then you go to the food counter which is a joke it will be a packed night and there will only be a few very un enthusistic staffe to serv the masses of people. if you do decide to buy tickets from the ticket counter theres only one person there if you lucky otherwise you told to purchase the ticket at the already overwhelmed food counter. just want to add that ive witnessed this at more than one branch </p>
