Ticket Line Call Drops
Hi, So, I've tried now many, many times to get hold of the ticket line.<br> I want to change/cancel a booking, because it falls in a Load Shedding time.<br> The call drops after about 2min 10s, the 1 in 7 times I did try and call, I got through<br> to someone, but there was Load Shedding and she wasn't able to help me.<br> This is crazy! My booking Ref is in the post, please refund.
