Ticket closed without explanation and no resolution to my problem

I opened a ticket to log a dispute for a double charge, but the ticket was closed with no explanation as to why, and no resolution of my issue- you took my money twice and when I spoke up about it you started ignoring me.

I want to know why the ticket was closed, why I was given no explanation and why Ster-Kinekor decided to do nothing to remedy the situation and still keep my money.
