<p>i went to the ster-kineko eastgate on the 25th july i had to movie vouchers to redeem, and i was told i can not watch 3D movies with the voucher, i then said to the guy its fine ill pay cash for the 3D movie i wanted and ill use my voucher another time, he swipped the 1st card he said payment nerver went through i gave him my credit card told me the same thing payment nerver wnet through today when i check my statement money was taken from my account, now the way i see it ster-kineko's values to to ***** customers money for their own personal needs now an amount of R408 was ****** from me by one of the employees, and i want all that money given back to me and i will also spread the work around of ster kineko's customer service and values of ***** from their customers pockets, the guys looked very confused or atlest acted confused for he can ***** my money i feel as a customer i was not treated well, the service is horrific</p>
