They took my money but no tickets!! No answer!! No care!!

I am so hopping mad with Ster-Kinekor Theatres. Tried to book for Avengers Endgame. They took my money then their stupid app couldn't verify the payment, then the booking timed out. So they have my money and I have no booking.

When I phone the customer care they say that the money will be refunded onto my card. When I ask if I can rebook the seats they say no because they are booked - BY ME!!!!

I have to wait now for the money to be refunded on my card for the seats to be released so I can rebook them by which time they will inevitably be booked by someone else!!!!!!!!!!

I can't book other seats because the only seats left are at the front of the theater and who wants to sit there?? So frustrated by the stupidity of their systems and their distinct lack of care or interest in my situation.

It’s now been 24 hours later and the charge on my card has gone from ‘outstanding authorization’ to ‘Cheque card purchase’ which means it has gone through and hasn’t been refunded. That’s *****ing! The customer card told me yesterday that the money would be refunded to my card. No body has bothered to answer me on their Facebook page and no body has responded to my email. I’m fed up and spitting mad with the incompetence and lack of care!!

Just give me my money back, I’ll just go see the movie at Nu Metro.
