they there so not organised, Manager very confused

So we wait to go this Ladies night at the movies at Gateway ... I have been to previous ladies night at Monte Casino and was expecting the same set up..<br> <br> We get to level to where the so called launch was taking place , bed placed with red bedding and it STOPPED there, no atmosphere of this over excited screening. Had two staff handing out magazines out checkers trolley,, no effort in making it more classy, <br> <br> No goodie bags given anyone , inside the cinema 2 a lady who was seated for a while get up hands Astros to like 10 to 15 people thats it... Many women who attend were so disappointed with the way everything was set up for this Ladies night ...... Really Bad<br> <br> Then all hell breaks loose inside the cinema where people who bought tickets a month ago cant get to sit on their seats as its be occupied by Winners of tickets. Staff member goes to look for Manager no where to be found we wait 30mins before he appears... does even sort the problem just ask people to move around to accomodate standing females with tickets in hand...<br> <br> Movie was to start at 8:30 pm only started around 9.30pm:
