They clearly just dont care

Not that this will get any attention from Ster-Kinekor, because if they don't reply to their Facebook, insta or emails I doubt they will even look here. But I just want to get it off my chest.

A few month ago I had the worst experience at one of their Girls Getaway events at The Grove (Gauteng) branch. The treatment and customer service was appalling at the event itself but since then their after customer service has been even worse.

Its sad they have a 50/50 monopoly on cinemas in this country. Since they know they wont lose much from one unhappy customer they feel they don't even have to try.
