Theft is the norm at sterkinekor Rosebank Cinemas

I went to see sponge bob with 5 kids below the age of 12. We had occupied the entire Left back row, no one else sat in the row with us. I had walked out the cinema after the movie and noticed my purse was not with me, and assumed I left it on my seat in the cinema. When I went back to the seat where I was sitting it was nowhere to be seen which was strange given the fact that the lights were off and we occupied the back seat which was at that point pitch black. The cleaners had not seen it. I then went to the 'manager' who confirmed that nothing has been handed in, before he even consulted any of the staff or checked any ' lost and found room'. He then after casually asking the cleaners in cinema 2 who casually stated that they did not see it, advised me that this is very normal. People ***** things all the time and there was nothing I can do about it. He further stated that Rosebank does not have a senior manager to inquire with either ... he concluded with a casual suggestion that I see the general security in the parking lot for a ticket to get out the parking ( as my ticket was in my purse). I would have appreciated a real attempt at locating my purse!
