Theft and no feedback

Our personal belongings was ****** in the cinema... Because the emergency exit did not work like it was supposed to according manager on site... ********* have access to the cinema from that door that leads to a secluded area where food*****s have their loading zone... Was told by manager this was not the first time and they have had alot of theft and that I will be contacted... I haven't been contacted and nothing is being done so customers will be targeted through ********* because of their negligence... And when you phone the managers number given to you someone answers and when you ask for manager the phone gets put down .... Terrible !!!!!! I have no words to describe my disgust in Ster Kinekor! Second time in one of your franchises... First Irene also theft and left the case after bad service, staff and manager was so rude so just decided to not go there and go to brooklyn but then the same at brooklyn this time the loss is worth too much to leave it... Nu metro is so much better! Sterkinekor is unprofessional, unorganised and rude! This is so unnacceptable!!!
