THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Monday 6 April 2015 - After paying exorbitant fees for the movie tickets alone, not even to mention the hefty prices we have to pay for a little popcorn and flat coke, you would expect a certain level of service when going to watch a movie. Oh no! Not at Ster-Kinekor Brooklyn. At the refreshments counter, after waiting in the queue to be served for over 40min, you finally get to the front. First of all, you are received by unfriendly, ***********, uninterested and inefficient staff. Then, they inform you that they do not have popcorn, they are out of slush puppies and the only sweets they have are wine gums (YUK!!!). After placing your order (by choosing from the two things they actually do have) you have to repeat your order about four times as the attendant is so uninterested in assisting you. All in all, I would not return to Ster-Kinekor Brooklyn if it were the last cinemas left on earth, and I definitely would not recommend going there either.
