The worst service

<p>I purchased movie tickets at The bridge Ster kinekor at the card machine stood in line to purchase popcorn and cooldrink, got to the front of the que and the consultant refused to serve me. She said that because I am a family member of someone who had an issue with them she could not serve me. I felt that this was totally unacceptable and embarrassing as there was a long string of people behind me and people along side me. That really felt like a personal attack as I have never in my life encountered that type of service or treatment. I would like to know what will be done to resolve this.</p>
