The Refund I Never Got

Wed 9pm I called the call centre to verify my movie booking. Under the assumption that the booking was for wed i had called to verify booking details to be told the booking was for thursday instead 2/04/2015<br> I asked to cancel the booking and i rebooked online for wednesday instead. The lady said the system was not allowing a refund and she took ALL MY PERSONAL CARD DETAILS. she said she would follow up with me the next day. I received no such call. Thursday 10:30pm i call to find out the status of my refund and the movie booking hasnt even been cancelled yet. Now another story of oh sorry manual refund and we dont know and passing the blame. Its utter *******. I was told prior to making a new booking for the same movie that i would get a refund and now a day later i get told otherwise. Pathetic service from ster kinekor and cine prestige as a whole. ***
