The pop corn combo queue is excluding other customers

They have created a cue for pop corn combos only without considering that not everyone might not want a combo but popcorns only due to medical condition that might not allow to eat sugar as one would like while I have already bought a movie ticket and only wanted popcorns and they refused to sell to me they said I have to queue on a long queue that would mean I won’t see the adverts. What a poor service and the person who came up with this really did not think ? throughly if all different customers needs.
