The open door
At the East Rand Mall Ster-Kinekor, I went to watch The Avengers: Infinity War. However during the screening, at various times, the door in the screening room was opened, therefore, disrupting and hindering my viewing experience. I was highly annoyed during the screening because of disturbance and in turn did not enjoy my movie. Management please deal with this issue accordingly.
