the movie experience i remember as a kid is no longer reality

i wish there was a 0 star option. Do not make a booking for movies on the app. the payment goes out but the tickets are not issued. Client service is very poor and refund will take up to 7 days. Wonder if i can pay for a movie only after 7 days??

the whole experience was rather poor. standing in a queue for ages to get popcorn. dirty seats and floor. Due to this poor level of services, it might be time to call it quits.
