The idiocy of this company is unparralelled!
I posted yesterday, in detail what my problem was with STER-KINEKOR. A system error I will not complain about. I am complaining of their back-office resolution. Not receiving a refund now for over a week. These bunch of idiots had the audacity to reply and state that I have to call their call center or mail them!!!!! Good heavens, did they not even go to the trouble of reading what I had to say!? It is the STER-KINEKOR call/contact center that is the problem. Use NU-METRO.
