I lodge a complaint on Hello Peter in February 2015- NO REPONCE from Ster Kinekor Head Office.<br> <br> Wow what can I say.... Still NO response from STER-KINEKOR......! <br> <br> Luckily for me the manager at Matlosana Ster kinekor Gerhard saw this and was kind enough to be on the look out for me and to assist me with a refund!! Gerhard if it was not for you I am not sure what my opinion of STER KINEKOR would have been in the future. Thank you for going out of your way to assist me and to rectify this even though NOBODY from Head office even bother to get back to me. This is a clear indication of what CUSTOMERS mean to Head office Personnel... ZILTSSSSS!!! Thank you Gerhard and keep up the GREAT work you are doing despite of the LACK or even NO ASSITANCE from head office Personnel and the Customer care line. Really Ster Kinekor get rid of the useless people at Head office and get more of Gerhard's Calibre managers - then only will Ster Kinekor be a success cause currently Head office and Call centre personnel are destroying your customer base. Give Gerhard a promotion and increase cause he just save 3 extremely loyal customers on your behalf.
