Thank you for spoiling the movie of the year

I booked at the imax theatre the day the bookings for Batman vs Superman opened. I looked forward to watching the movie on the IMAX. Unfortunately it will not happen again after what happened. Here is the summary.<br> Waited over 30 minutes to pay for refreshments and 3D glasses because speedpoint was faulty. Even after numerous request for them to reset the terminal, eventually I reset it myself and it worked<br> No butter salt for popcorn <br> No water, coke, or slush<br> Lady disappears with my movie ticket even after telling her I'm missing the movie<br> I missed the entire opening scene because of all the delays and waiting. The manager didn't care<br> Ordered pizza that was never delivered<br> The manager did not give a damn, all she could say was \Fine\" and refunded my money as if she was doing me a favour<br> If I pay for something I expect to recieve it. You not doing me any favour for giving me what I am entitled to. I paid for an imax experience and received terrible service that spoiled the entire experience. I paid for a pizza to enjoy during the movie, that fid not happen, the refund does not account for a missed experience <br> Thank you for spoiling the movie of the year. <br> "
