terrible service, very dirty, ridiculously priced!

I went to the movies @ Gateway , the movie tickets are fairly priced, however the popcorn is now in new packaging and the large seems very small compare to the previous large !! The place is very very very DIRTY which is unacceptable that is so unhygienic!! Very bad experience.. definitely not VALUE FOR MONEY !!! I ordered a cold drink it was warm I was advised they out of ice ... the lady that was assisting me was out of popcorn instead of letting me know she just went to the back to MAKE POPCORN which is unacceptable , I waited over 20 mins in the line and there were only 4 people in front of me
