Terrible service from Ster-Kinekor Sandton

On Saturday 4 July, I went to watch a movie at Ster-Kinekor Sandton. Walking into the cinema, we all immediately noticed that it was EXTREMELY HOT and I could hear people exclaiming as they walked in. I was seated very close to wall and I didn't want to disturb people by walking in and out of the cinema while the movie was on to find out from management why it was so hot. I patiently waited until the end of the movie to go and complain about the situation only to be told that there was a sign outside the cinema door stating that the air conditioning was not working in cinemas 1, 2 and 3. Does that even make sense that the sign is put on the cinema door which one only gets to see once they have already purchased their tickets & confectionery??? The sign should have been placed clearly where buyers would see it BEFORE purchasing a ticket in order for them to make an informed decision!! All Ster-Kinekor wanted was for us to purchase tickets anyway and spend our hard earned cash without providing us with sufficient information. They care more about their bottom line than the comfort of their clientele!!!
