Terrible Service from Food and Beverage Section

After standing in one of the lines for popcorn my husband & I got to the front & ordered 2 MED Popcorns & a Slush Puppy. The lady helping us said that there were no MED boxes, that they only had large so we changed the order. After getting the Slush she walked back to her counter and bumped into one of her colleagues causing a third of the slush to fall on the floor. She then closed the lid and gave it to us. I said the drink is not full to which she said it is. She then filled up the drink. When my husband gave her his credit card to pay she says I told you it's cash only. We both said no you didn't why would we stand in a line that says cash only? Firstly if there is a line that is cash only then you should tell the people at the beginning of the line not when they get to the front! We paid cash. I walked the 5 steps to salt the popcorn and when I picked the box up all the popcorn was falling out of the bottom. The box wasn't folded properly and was open at the bottom and everything was coming out. I asked for a new box to transfer the popcorn and she asked for R3! Even though its her fault it was broken! She had such a bad attitude and I will never use your cinema again!!!!
