Terrible service from Cavendish Prestige Cinema

My husband I received terrible service from service from Cavendish Square Prestige Cinema.My husband and I booked a week in advance for Jarassic Park 3d at the Prestige Cinema,it was our first time at the cinema and we were very excited.We had spend over R300 purchasing the tickets, pop corn and astros at the kiosk and expected to be treated like VIPs.We brought our own cooldrinks and were about 15 minutes into the movie, really enjoying it,and an attendant serving one of the other customers comes to us and takes our drinks from us, not even polite about it.saying it's not allowed in the cinema.this was while the movie was playing,utterly upset,my husband calls the manager,there are no signs anywhere at the movie house saying no outside drinks allowed,and it was VIP,so we wouldn't have expected that.The manager said that there's a sign at the bottom of the escalator,which we couldn't even find when we left.They ruined our entire experience,we missed half the movie and it's completely unacceptable how the situation was handled.and to think we are regular sterkinekor customers and go atleast once a month.This has really been a bad dissapointing experience.
