Terrible Service at Prestige Cinema

On the 5th, my partner and i booked to watch 50 Shades of Grey at the Prestige Cinema. Upon arrival, the ushers at the pretige waiting area where very rude and tardy. We waited for 20 minutes before being attended, when asked if we could enter the cinema as the movie had started, and then have someone come get our order. We were told staright out no and that we had to wait. we missed the first half hour of the movie! I then asked for the manager, who was of no help at all, eventually we were allowed to enter, and then to make matters worse, they got our order wrong!!! We asked to pay after the movie as we were paying by card, and proceeded to wait ANOTHER half hour just to make payment! <br> What's worse, is I have logged the complaint with Ster Kinekor on the 6th, i followed up agian on the 15th, and then agian on Thrusday the 2nd April. STILL NO RESPONSE!!<br> I am disgusted at the service, especially since we enjoy doing the prestige cinema. We spent about R400 that night and Ster Kinekor couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge our complaint.<br> Thanks Ster Kinekor! You're the best!
