terrible service

I was a few mins late for my movie and one of the staff members offered to bring the pizza to my seat. This cashier Nonjabulo then left her till for 15 mins and left me waiting. She then came back and said the staff cant bring the pizza to me.she then starting arguing with me and she gave such attitude. So disrespectful. I am at ster kinekor almost every week. Does ster kinekor treat customers like this
