TERRIBLE SERVICE

I wanted to watch a movie at the Forest Hill branch but never in my life have I experienced such disgusting service. The cashier that does the reservation took 40 minutes to book 2 tickets. I was third in line but stood there for over an hour. When i get to the counter he did not even have the decency to greet. I wanted to book a show and it was sold out but he abruptly says people with cards are booking out the show. <br> <br> How is it that people that use the self service terminal can do bookings faster than the cash paying ques.<br> <br> I then request refund for beverages and snacks purchased and that takes another 20 minutes.<br> <br> Out of all sterkinekor services this is the worst service I have received.<br> <br> I complained at the system at the movies got a automated response but still now no one has the decency to address it personally and get proper customer services sorted!!!
