Terrible Service!

We went to watch Jurassic Park last Friday. The service was terrible! We waited so long to purchase popcorn and drinks (there were two people in front of us!). When we finally got to the front, there were no sodas available (cokes, etc) - AT A MOVIE THEATER?! The movie started at 8:00PM, and we waited outside while they 'cleaned' the cinema for over 40 minutes - how does it take more than 40 minutes to clean a cinema?! Our slush puppies were just water..... We were only allowed in after the adverti*****ts started, and while the crowd was still walking in, the lights were put off!<br> <br> This is not the first time that this has happened to us at Greenstone Mall, I am utterly disappointed with your service, which ruined the whole movie experience for us!
