terrible service

<p>i booked movie tickets online on the 13/06/2017which was about R200.00 the payment went through and then it gave me a online error i called ster - kinekor about 7 times that day and was given a reference number when i call the mall that i booked for they informed me that no seats where reserved and that they cannot locate the refernce number i have... eventually the mall at which i booked was kind enough to say the when i can make it to watch a movie they will assist ... however today the 28/06/2017 i called ster-kinekor to find out if the reference number is valid and if they can see the fund reflecting the lady i spoke to says that i cannot use the reference number. i am highly dissapointed with the service as this was my first time using the online option.... i need someone to assist me asap and i do not want a refund as the whole point was to watch a movie....</p>
