Terrible Service

My Friends and I decide to go and watch movies so we booked for 2 movies the first one was the Emoji movie and the second was IT we bought the tickets we were then served and received our popcorn etc. I went into the movie and we watched the trailers we then saw that it said please put on your glasses, we never got told that it was a 3D movie and there was no advertising. So I went out and questioned It? After waiting several minutes I finally got service and asked about it I got told I then needed to pay which I understand. But my wallet was in the theatre so I went and got it and had to wait once again I missed 30 minutes of the movies waiting for service and only to find out the manager served me and he never informed me about it being 3D and I asked him about it and he told me it was advertised and I said show me and he said okay it's not advertised and I should of known. I wasted my money because I bought 12 tickets and I consider myself a good client and then I get such bad service and no apology for missing half the movie I paid for.
