Terrible Service

<p>We went to watch a movie at Baywest Ster-Kinekor, and opted for the Cinema Prestige. We were told to wait to place our order, as they were busy. We waited, but had to go in, as our movie was starting. Went and placed our order at the front, and paid for it. Half an hour later we went out to check, only to find one lady preparing all the snacks/drinks. She said she would bring it to us right away. Half an hour later, still nothing. Eventually my husband had to go and help them bring our popcorn and cooldrinks in.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you cannot offer a premier service, you shoud not sell it. We paid over R300, and had to wait over an hour to receive our items. I would suggest you add a self service terminal where you can add your seat numbers, so that your staff can concentrate on getting the orders to your viewers. You cannot only have one staff member running that entire area. Disgusted with the lack of service received.</p>
