terrible service

<p>hi, so my fiancee' and i were looking forward to our 1st movie at mall of africa last night. that was probably the 1st and the last. as we are regular movie goers, we never experienced these issues at Sandton city. we ordered our combo and went into the cinema 3 to watch Captain America (civil war 3D), firstly the cinema was filthy, pocorn on the seats , opened and used containers everywhere. (clearly there was no clean up done). being uncomfortable with this, we tried and settled. secondly as the movie starts i take a sip of my coke which is flat, i then run out to get it replaced. i tried 2 others which were all flat. i asked for the manager, which they said was unavailable. (this was the 19h30 show) any way i took another flat soda back to the movie which i now lost 15 mins of. thirdly we start eating the popcorn which was mostly in crumb form(like it was sc****d from the bottom), so we left 3 quarter of it. so then just watch the movie quite peeved off at all these issues. it was such an awesome movie, pity the evening was spoilt due to the poor management. a very dissapointed ster-kinekor memeber.</p>
