Terrible Premier Experience

We booked 4 seats in the Premier cinema 6 on fri 10th April to watch Fast and The Furious. When we got to our seats there was people in our seats, who refused to move because there was people in their seats. Somehow Ster Kinekor managed to double book their seats and so they just went and sat in our seats.<br> <br> We called one of the attendants who eventually called the manager. After missing the first 30 minutes of the movie, the manager decided to move some normal chairs of the foyer into the cinema and decided to refund our money. I was very dissapointed by our Premier experience and not sure how Ster Kinekor allowed a double booking on the system.
