Terrible Picture Quality and Aircon Not Working

I was at the movies with my family (5 of us) Sunday 11th to watch Hotel Transylvania and was horrified at the quality of the picture in this century. It was dull and slightly fuzzy. To make matters worse, the cinema was hot and if you are a parent you know how irritable a child can be due to this. We went to speak to the manager and she advised that there is a sign on the door relating to the aircon. This was not visible as the doors were open...in any event, do you not think that it is more ethical to advise the client before you accept his money and have signs at the entrance of the store? To me she had a bad attitude and didn't even offer any sort of understanding. It was hot that the coldrink and slush purchased was soon warm and not even enjoyable. You may have had other complaints however the cinema was not that full.<br> We pay a lot of money to visit the cinema and don't expect to watch movies in a below standard environment...id rather watch my tv at home and enjoy it in the comfort of an airconditioned environment. <br> <br> My second complaint is that prior to this incident, I was charged a full 3D price for my 3 year old sons ticket despite being active on Vitality!!!
