Terrible Northgate Ster-Kinekor -Lights on and off during the Movie by staff
Northgate Ster-Kinekor really disappointed me. Went and got tickets. When going into the movie theatres at the movie time there was no one to take the tickets. After realising I could of had a free movie because of the lack of service , we went to a sit down in the cinema anyway . The previews begin but they left the blinding lights on for a good 10 minutes . In my opinion the lights were left on(Direct to shine into peoples eyes) , on purpose. When I went to find someone to turn it off. They did , but kept turning it on through out the movie.
I am extremely disgusted at your staff and the movie experience I had . Would not recommend any Ster-Kinekor movie theatre ever.
