Terrible movie experience Ster-Kinekor Irene Village Mall

<p>Like we all know too well, a movie became one of the more expensive outings one can commit to on the selected few days of the year, at the risk of sounding like a spoiled brat, I feel it necessary to put it out there. We bought 4 movie tickets, the machine gave us 3, initially I did not think that this was a big issue, as the receipt said 4, this was clearly a massive issue, as the Ster-Kinekor employee refused to let the 4 paying individuals in. 2nd problem, a movie without slush puppy is simply not a movie... According to the "helper" behind the till, they refilled all 5 machines simultaneously, and therefore the outlet did not have any slush puppy on offer, when I said that this is pure mismanagement, the employee said that’s just the way it is, unacceptable... For a public holiday at least. Next was Wiskers, again, out of stock, smarties... Again out of stock, and each time, the smirk on this unknown employee’s face grew bigger.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ster-Kinekor, I suggest a visit and a thorough audit to the Irene Mall outlet, you guys charge the population copious amounts to watch a simple movie, we expect standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to hear from you soon.</p>
