Terrible Experience at Baywest Ster Kinekor

I follow the covid guidelines to book tickets on the app. Go to the movies to watch and they tell me the code wont work its not showing on their system. I must phone ticket line to sort it out. Slow moving staff with faces that seem depressed to be there.... I must sort it out myself.

How must I get my refund now?
