Terrible experience!

This has got to be the worst cinema going experience I have ever had.

I went to watch Spider-man Far from home on opening weekend. I booked a ticket for the 09:00 showing on Saturday 6 July.

Firstly about an hour into the film the video got stuck but the audio kept playing. so the the video and audio played out of sync. One of the patrons next to me got up three times looking for staff members to assist and eventually after 10 minutes someone came in to explain what happened and they reset the audio and video. When they reset the audio and video however they started from 10 minutes before the film got stuck.

When the film was done I went to the bathroom and I noticed that the stall I was in didn't have a toilet roll holder. There was however a toilet roll on the floor which I picked up but immediately noticed it was wet. When I smelt the toilet roll it stank of urine - I had someone else's urine on my hands!

This has to be the absolute worst and most disgusting cinema experience I have ever had in my life!
